The Fish Company
For the first time fresh whole British tilapia is available in supermarkets across the UK. The Fish Company is made up of a team of passionate fish farmers from Lincolnshire, who always farm their tilapia to the highest ethical standards, with complete traceability.
Ceres activity for The Fish Company focuses on consumer facing PR, as well as trade media and website support. A set of new recipes have been developed to highlight the versatility and ease of cooking with tilapia, which are available to see on the website, as well as tilapia's sustainable credentials. Ceres manages all media relations and have arranged visits to the farm for a range of media including CNN and Fish Farming International.
Ceres are currently working with The Fish Company to relaunch the Cooking Tilapia website and managing a Twitter feed
